Product Manager

One of our client, is a leading IT services and consulting firm, specializing in development of blockchain applications, DeFi marketplaces, payment infrastructure, prediction games, etc. and helping global organizations by building first-of-its-kind products, maintaining their data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and scaling their operations efficiently. It is founded by IIT, IIM & ISB alumni who have worked in building scalable technology and data-driven products for multiple startups across industries and have cumulative experience of 40+ yrs.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a results-driven  Product Manager  to take end-to-end ownership of product performance across our web and mobile platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and user experience.
You will define how we measure success, deeply understand user behavior and influence product decisions. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to build a strong data-backed foundation, develop a deep understanding of the prediction markets landscape, and continuously evaluate the evolving needs of our users and business.

This role offers high ownership, autonomy and visibility. You’ll be encouraged to explore data, test hypotheses, challenge assumptions, and continuously refine the product roadmap based on evidence—not opinions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role requires high level of accountability. You will own targets for which you need to be answerable and your performance will be judged by that.
Collaborate closely with Design, Analytics, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements.
Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and generate product ideas.
Translate product concepts into wireframes, user flows, and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Apply a strong understanding of UI/UX principles to drive intuitive, scalable experiences for our mobile and web-based e-commerce application.
Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics to uncover insights, identify friction points, and drive growth opportunities.
Support A/B testing and experimentation by defining success metrics, analyzing experiment results, and recommending next steps.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned product areas, contributing both strategically and hands-on as an individual contributor.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Leadership capability to influence the product strategy and plan and execute new initiatives which deliver concrete results.

Experience of owning targets and meeting them.
Be highly articulate and precise when communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5+ years of experience  in product management and product analytics for  B2C products , preferably in  e-commerce, fintech or gaming .
Strong  analytical and problem-solving skills  with a clear product mindset and business orientation.
Strong understanding of  user journeys, funnels, cohorts, retention, and growth metrics .
Experience supporting  experimentation and A/B testing , including metric definition and result analysis.
Prior experience with setting up and leveraging Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel.
Hands-on with SQL, data visualization tools, Figma (basic-level), so that you can operate independently.
Ability to bring structure to chaos, prioritize multiple initiatives and align stakeholders.
