Ecommerce Catalog Associate
Location:
Bangalore Bannerghatta Road
Work Mode: Onsite (5 days office, no remote option)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Ecommerce Catalog Associate to maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot product catalogs across multiple online marketplaces.
The ideal candidate will ensure catalog accuracy, resolve discrepancies through structured problem‑solving, and support new product launches while maintaining high data integrity. This role is perfect for someone who learns quickly, adapts easily to changing priorities, and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date catalog across ecommerce marketplaces.
Diagnose catalog issues, identify root causes, and implement long‑term solutions.
Work extensively with flat files for listing creation, updates, and bulk uploads.
Handle image suppress ions, compliance suppress ions, and listing quality checks .
Identify catalog discrepancies (content, attributes, pricing, images, taxonomy) and resolve them with marketplace support.
Create and update product listings, product data attributes, and related catalog components.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to gather product data (net PPM, list price, cost details).
Perform routine catalog audits to ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
Provide catalog‑related reports and insights to internal teams.
Suggest workflow improvements and contribute to automation initiatives .
Be AI‑ready : leverage prompts, workflows, and AI tools to enhance accuracy and productivity.
Must‑Have Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Hands‑on experience with ecommerce marketplace catalog systems (Walmart, Shopify, Flipkart, Etsy, or similar)
Experience working with flat files and bulk listing workflows
Ability to resolve image/compliance suppress ions
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently across a wide scope of responsibilities
Comfort using AI tools or prompt‑based workflows
Fundamental math skills and an analytical mindset
Good‑to‑Have Skills
Experience with automation, macros, or workflow optimization tools
Knowledge of Google Apps Script
Familiarity with catalog best practices and listing optimization strategies
