About The Job:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator (L3) with strong expertise in SAP HANA administration. The candidate must have hands-on experience in HANA installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance optimization. This is a Level 3 role requiring deep troubleshooting capabilities and ownership of complex SAP landscapes.

Essential Job Functions:

SAP Basis Administration

- End-to-end SAP Basis administration across multiple SAP landscapes
- Installation, configuration, upgrade, and patching of SAP systems
- Kernel upgrades and system refreshes
- Transport management (TMS)
- Client administration and system monitoring
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting

SAP HANA Administration (Mandatory – Current Experience 3–4 Years)

- HANA installation, configuration, and upgrades
- Managing resident memory and performance optimization
- Delta merge operations
- Table migration and table partitioning
- Garbage collection management
- Backup and recovery of HANA systems
- HANA system replication and high availability setup

SAP System Support

- Administration of:
- SAP ABAP systems
- SAP JAVA systems
- SAP BI/BW systems
- SAP PI/PO systems
- System monitoring and proactive issue resolution
- Root cause analysis for critical production incidents
- Performance analysis and optimization

Technical Skills Required

- SAP Basis Administration – 7+ years
- SAP HANA Administration – 3–4 years (current and hands-on)

- Experience with :
- HANA memory management
- Delta merge & partitioning
- System refresh & migration
- Backup & restore
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in Production Support (L3)
