About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.
- Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Prepare and deliver MI (Management Information) reports to track KPIs, business performance, and operational efficiency

Required Skills

- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Exposure to business domains such as finance, operations, or IT analytics is a plus.
