Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced  SAP CO Functional Consultant  to drive and coordinate  SAP CO rollout  activities across plant locations. The role involves end-to-end ownership of rollout execution, including  Fit-to-Template workshops, data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-liv e support in a multinational environment.
Main tasks:
Coordinates & Drives all rollout-relevant activities for the  SAP CO module for a defined rollout location .
Assures an efficient and compliant rollout at the site for the SAP module.
Drives Kick-Off, Fit To Template , and System-Test sessions in the plant locations and ensures proper & fast handling of all findings/ missing features.
Operates JIRA to steer the development of the referring IT teams and writes the story to define the Business Requirements.
Coordinates Data Migration actions to meet the System-Test schedule and validates migrated Data in the Test & Productive Systems.
Creates and executes the Cutover Plan independently before Go-Live and organizes Post Go-Live activities for the respective SAP Module.
Establish a constant exchange between the local Key-, Power Users, and the Location Lead.
Trains the Local Key Users incl. building up training plans for end users/power users.
Coordinates a rollout of CT tools (QDA, etc) in close exchange with the BA-, Country, and Location teams for the respective SAP stream / SAP module.
Substitutes/represents the Rollout Lead on request.
Gains full process overview for respective SAP modules including good know-how for other SAP modules.
Qualifications
We are looking for:
Academic Degree as an Industrial Engineer, Business Manager, or comparable experience through several years of practical work.
Min. 7 yrs in SAP environment for min one relevant SAP module.
Min. 3 yrs in a multinational environment.
Successful realization of min. 1 global/regional project.
Leading change.
Communicate effectively within diverse teams.
Good SAP Know How for the respective SAP Module.
Data Analysis affinity.
Ability to create transparency.
Project Management Skills.
English: fluent in speaking and writing.
Business Process Know How (Preferred: Experience in the operational Business had already as LKU, CKU,...)
Ability to think cross-BA / cross-Functions.
Problem Solving affinity.
Ability to work in high visibility jobs.
Communication Skills with different management levels and cultural styles.
Management and Guidance of Personnel in multinational, worldwide teams.

Project Management
- Applies concepts for a proper SAP rollout
- Implement SAP CO as member of the project team, attendance in design, test, and Go Live support sessions
- Ensures proper Kick Off, Fit To Template  and Test Session for the respective SAP Module
- Single point of contact (SPOC) for all Data Migration questions for the respective SAP Module
- Drives& executes Cut Over Planning
- Operates JIRATM to steer the development of the referring IT teams and writes the User story to define the Business Requirements.
