About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to act as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Scrum Master in a single role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing end-to-end project delivery, and facilitating Agile/Scrum processes to ensure timely and high-quality product outcomes. This role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, Agile expertise, and delivery ownership across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with business objectives.
Project Management
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within defi ned scope, time, and budget.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper impact analysis.
Scrum Master / Agile Delivery
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.
- Remove impediments and support the development team to maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritise the product backlog.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a combined BA, PM, or Scrum Master role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working on web and mobile application projects is preferred.
Preferred
Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
- PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
- Business Analysis Certification
