About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Technical Analyst in the Digital Assets segment. This role requires real-time monitoring of Digital assets markets, analyzing charts, patterns, and indicators, and supporting the trading desk with actionable insights. Due to the 24/7 nature of said asset class, this role will follow a structured roster/shift system. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Forex or Commodity trading and possess a foundational understanding of both technical and fundamental analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor digital asset markets in real-time across global exchanges and provide timely technical insights
- Analyze price charts, candlestick patterns, support & resistance levels, volume, and key indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, etc.)
- Support traders by identifying trade setups, entry/exit levels, stop-loss zones, and risk-reward ratios
- Track funding rates, open interest, order book depth, and market sentiment indicators
- Work within a 24/7 market structure through rotational shifts (nights, weekends, public holidays)
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly market reports, technical outlooks, and market commentary
- Incorporate basic fundamental analysis (tokenomics, macro news, blockchain updates) into technical views
- Coordinate with the trading desk and risk team to ensure discipline and strategy alignment
- Stay updated with new token launches, exchange updates, regulatory changes, and global macroeconomic events
- Be open to relocating to Singapore or Dubai after 12 months based on performance and business requirements

Requirements

- Must-Have1–3 years of experience in Forex or Commodity trading or Digital asset trading. (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of technical analysis tools and charting platforms (Trading View, MT4/MT5, etc.)
- Knowledge of Python, Excel, Google Sheets, or trading automation tools
- Basic understanding of digital asset markets, blockchain fundamentals, and fundamental analysis
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with disciplined execution
- Willingness to work in rotational roster shifts due to 24/7 operations
- Strong analytical, numerical, and risk management skills
- Good-to-Hav Experience in Digital assets, derivatives, futures, or options
- Familiarity with on-chain metrics, market sentiment tools, and macroeconomic indicators
- Certifications like CFTe, CMT, CFA (Level
1), or blockchain-related certifications
