Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud implementations, including storefront functionality, integrations, and custom developments.

This role requires close collaboration with developers, business analysts, product owners, and integration teams to validate business requirements and deliver a seamless B2B digital commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Design:

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand B2B Commerce Cloud requirements.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases for:
- Storefront functionality
- Buyer experience and account-based commerce
- Pricing, promotions, and product catalog
- Checkout and order management flows
- Design and develop test scripts for:
- Functional testing
- System testing
- Integration testing
- Regression testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Test Execution:

- Execute test cases for Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud storefront and backend processes.
- Validate:
- Product search and catalog configuration
- Cart and checkout processes
- Contract pricing and bulk ordering
- Tax and shipping calculations
- Account-based access controls
- Perform API and integration testing (ERP, payment gateways, tax engines, OMS, etc.).
- Conduct mobile and responsive UI testing across iOS and Android devices.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA/ADO.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing commerce functionality remains unaffected by enhancements.

Integration & Technical Validation:

- Validate integrations between B2B Commerce and:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- ERP systems
- Payment gateways
- Third-party logistics providers
- Perform data validation and end-to-end order lifecycle testing.
- Support automation testing initiatives (if applicable) using tools such as Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, etc.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
- Provide regular test status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Support UAT cycles and production validation activities.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud releases and feature enhancements.
- Recommend improvements to QA processes, automation coverage, and test strategies.
- Contribute to best practices in Commerce Cloud quality assurance.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce testing.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud testing.
- Strong understanding of:
- Product catalog management
- Pricing and promotions
- Buyer groups and account-based commerce
- Order management lifecycle
- Experience in API and integration testing.
- Proven experience in mobile and responsive UI testing (iOS & Android).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ADO, etc.

Certifications (Preferred):

- Salesforce Administrator Certification
