Role Responsibilities:

- SAP IBP solution design:
Ability to drive the business need discussions and mapping the requirements to SAP IBP system and design the process for client. Should have exposure to do the configuration as per designed solution
- SAP IBP solution development, testing and deployment:
In depth knowledge of SAP IBP solution development in multiple modules of IBP with an ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry’s best practices.
- Actively participating in periodic meetings, proactively identifying, and highlighting risks/gaps in the client processes
- Provide overall architecture recommendations in IBP with knowledge of CI DS/SDI/RTI

Requirement:

- 3-8 years of experience in SAP implementation projects
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) – Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
- 2+ full life cycle implementations with demonstrated experience in SAP IBP implementations
- Good experience of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand/S&OP/DDMRP/Response & Supply/inventory Optimization (At least
2)
- Good knowledge of integration aspects of IBP with other systems like ECC, S/4 and SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO)
- Knowledge of SAP APO modules (DP - Demand Planning, SNP - Supply Network Planning) would be given weightage
- Working knowledge of Integration tools CI DS/SDI/RTI
- Good Knowledge of various industry business processes such as Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Chemicals, etc.
- Participate in strategic initiatives within the organization which adds value and create opportunities.
- Have actively participated in RFI/RFP related activities.

Must-Have Certifications

- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP IBP for Supply Chain
- Certification in APICS (CPIM, CSCP) would be an added advantage

Experience & Background

- Any Graduate or Graduated in a University study such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business & IT or other science-related studies
- Exp Level: 3-8 Years of SAP consulting experience with 2+ full lifecycle implementations in SAP IBP
