IT Business Analyst - ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O)
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst - ERP to support and enhance our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) environment, with a focus on Supply Chain and Finance modules. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, resolving user issues, and supporting ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support for Dynamics 365 F&O
- Resolve user-reported issues in Supply Chain and Finance modules
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Coordinate with developers on fixes and enhancements
- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
- Maintain system and process documentation (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in ERP system support as a Business Analyst or Super User
- Exposure to Supply Chain and/or Finance business processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other ERP experience
- Azure Dev Ops exposure
- ERP implementation or enhancement experience
