Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams and multiple project streams.
- Ensure program delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Align technology initiatives with business strategy.
- Report to executive leadership and manage governance frameworks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of program/project management experience.
- Proven track record in digital transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
