Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for contract lifecycle processes
Configure  Icertis ICI  components including templates, clauses, workflows, and metadata
Design end-to-end CLM processes for corporate contracts
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams
Support UAT, training, and go-live activities
Ensure alignment of CLM solutions with business objectives and compliance needs
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-based delivery
Provide functional guidance and best practices for CLM adoption
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in  CLM implementations
Strong hands-on functional experience with  Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)
Proven expertise in configuring  contract templates, clauses, workflows, and metadata
Strong understanding of  contract lifecycle processes  for corporate contracts
Experience working closely with  Legal, Procurement, and Sales stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in  Agile/Scrum delivery models
Good-to-Have Skills
Icertis Functional Consultant Certification  (or equivalent)
Functional exposure to  SAP ecosystems  (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4

HANA)
Experience in large-scale global CLM transformation programs
Knowledge of compliance, risk, and governance processes
Experience supporting post-go-live enhancements and continuous improvement
