Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) consultant who can independently manage configurations, support ongoing HR transformation initiatives, and ensure smooth system operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EC core modules and end-to-end implementation exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central and related modules.
- Lead or support end-to-end project activities: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Maintain system integrity through regular audits, data validation, and issue resolution.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Time, Integrations) to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Create functional specifications for integrations, reports, and custom enhancements.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for business users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with SAP support.
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support change management initiatives.
- Stay updated with quarterly release features and propose system improvements.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- Good hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
- At least 1–2 full-cycle implementations in EC.
- Strong knowledge of EC core functionalities:
- Foundation Objects
- Employee Data Management
- Position Management
- Workflows
- Business Rules & MDF Objects

- Experience with CPI/Boomi or other integration platforms (preferred).
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central certification is strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with Time Off, EC Payroll, or Performance & Goals.
- Basic knowledge of EC data migration tools (Import templates, Integration Center).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
