Job Title:

SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant (contract Role)

Experience:

7+ Years

Location:

Remote (need to travel to bangalore based on business needs)

Budget: 20-25 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant with 7+ years of SAP experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP TM. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of SAP TM solutions integrated with SAP logistics modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of SAP TM.
- Configure and customize SAP TM (Freight Order Management, Freight Unit Building, Planning & Optimization, Settlement).
- Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4

HANA, ECC, EWM, MM, SD, and FI modules.
- Work on Transportation Planning, Charge Management, Freight Settlement, and Carrier Selection.
- Handle master data configuration (Business Partner, Locations, Transportation Lanes, etc.).
- Work with embedded and standalone SAP TM scenarios.
- Support integration using CIF, IDocs, Web Services, and APIs.
- Participate in blueprinting, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve complex functional issues.
- Work closely with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and go-live activities.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 4–5 years in SAP TM.
- Strong knowledge of Freight Order, Freight Booking, Transportation Planning, and Settlement.

- Experience with SAP TM integration with SAP S/4

HANA or ECC.
- Good understanding of logistics processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
- Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP TM implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps in TM.
- Understanding of output management, PPF, and BRF+.
- Strong debugging and issue-resolution capability.

Preferred

Skills:

- Experience in embedded TM in SAP S/4

HANA.
- Knowledge of EWM integration.
- Exposure to SAP Event Management.
- SAP TM Certification (preferred).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead client discussions.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
