We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Architect for our client, a leading consulting firm in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing multiple data warehouse and data lake implementations, possess a deep understanding of data modeling, and be well-versed in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement data architecture solutions aligned with business goals.
Develop and maintain data models, dictionaries, and flow diagrams to ensure clarity and governance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical clarifications.
Drive data ingestion, transformation, and summarization pipelines using modern tools and frameworks.
Ensure robust data management practices across SQL, No
SQL, and Hadoop ecosystems.
Lead data integration and ETL processes for seamless data flow across systems.
Build and optimize solutions using Azure Data Services (ADLS, ADF, Synapse).
Implement Databricks-based medallion architecture and manage data with Unity Catalog for secure governance.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
Strong expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL design.
Hands-on experience with Azure data engineering tools and Databricks.
Deep knowledge of SQL, No
SQL, Hadoop, and modern data lakehouse concepts.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in consulting (Preferred)
