Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Zoho applications. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Zoho products, business process mapping skills, and experience in gathering client requirements and delivering end-to-end Zoho solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Conduct requirement workshops and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Configure and implement Zoho applications based on business needs.
- Customize modules, workflows, layouts, automation rules, and reports.
- Perform data migration, field mapping, and system setup.
- Provide UAT support and user training.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations and custom developments.
- Handle post-implementation support and optimization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for project delivery within timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience working with Zoho ecosystem.
- Strong experience in:
Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho One.
- Experience in workflows, blueprints, automation, custom fields, reports, dashboards.
- Good understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience in data migration and import/export handling.
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills, creating user stories.
- Experience in multiple domain implementations (HRMS, CRM, Finance, Sales, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Deluge scripting (basic understanding).
- Knowledge of integration tools (Zapier, Webhooks, REST APIs).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
