What You’ll Do
- Manage end-user hardware (Mac Books, Chromebooks, printers, mobile devices)
- Provision, onboard, and offboard employees
- Administer SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, etc.) & access management
- Troubleshoot OS, networking, and security issues
- Automate workflows using Shell/Python scripting
- Support cloud & on-prem infrastructure
- Provide onsite IT support (3–4 days/week)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years supporting end users in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of macOS & ChromeOS
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & small office networking
- Experience with SSO, identity management & enterprise security tools
- Scripting skills (Bash, Zsh, Python) preferred
- Strong communication & documentation skills
