Geneva implementation
Lead end-to-end implementation of Geneva, including installation, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support
Collaborate with fund accounting, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and design Geneva workflows.
Map and migrate financial data (portfolio, trades, pricing, P&L, NAV, GL, investor allocations, etc.) into Geneva.
Develop and maintain Geneva reports, workflows, and custom configurations to meet business needs.
Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot system issues, and ensure system accuracy.
Train and support end-users in Geneva functionality, best practices, and reporting.
Partner with SS&C Advent and third-party vendors on upgrades, patches, and integrations.
Document implementation processes, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
3–7 years of hands-on experience with SS&C Advent Geneva (implementation, configuration, or support).
Strong understanding of fund accounting, portfolio accounting, and investment management workflows.
Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and reporting tools (Geneva RSL, SSRS, or similar).

Experience with system integration (trading platforms, data feeds, reconciliation tools, investor portals).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with hedge funds, private equity, or asset managers.
Prior experience in vendor/client-facing implementation projects.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
