Sr / Lead – Performance Marketing

Role Overview
We’re looking for a senior, revenue-first Performance Marketing leader to own, forecast, and scale marketing-led revenue across global markets. This role carries direct accountability for ARR contribution, CAC, payback, LTV, and channel profitability, requiring strong execution across paid, affiliate, and programmatic channels in a high-growth digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own end-to-end revenue outcomes from performance marketing channels.
- Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization aligned to ARR, LTV/CAC, ROAS, and payback targets.
- Forecast revenue contribution and performance impact weekly and monthly.
- Scale revenue profitably across Google, Meta, You Tube, Linked In, Affiliate, and Programmatic channels.
Channel Execution & Scaling
- Build and optimize high-spend, ROI-driven campaign structures.
- Lead experimentation focused on revenue impact—not vanity metrics.
- Optimize full-funnel performance from click → activation → repeat usage.
- Reallocate budgets dynamically based on marginal ROAS and performance insights
Affiliate & Partner Revenue
- Own affiliate-led revenue growth across publishers, partners, and networks.
- Build scalable affiliate acquisition models with fraud controls and payout efficiency.
- Expand performance-driven partnerships delivering incremental revenue.
Funnel, Product & Conversion Impact
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Analytics, and Engineering teams to improve activation, onboarding, pricing signals, and conversion.
- Identify revenue leakages and optimize user journeys.
- Influence product decisions through revenue-backed insights.
Data, Attribution & Reporting
- Own attribution frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Track ARR contribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohorts, and funnel drop-offs.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Budget Ownership & Governance
- Manage multi-crore monthly budgets with strict ROI accountability.
- Set guardrails for CAC, payback, and profitability.
- Identify new markets, channels, and programmatic opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performance, revenue-driven marketing team.
- Set measurable revenue KPIs for team members and agency partners.
- Establish scalable playbooks, operating cadences, and governance standards.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Programmatic certifications are a plus.
Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in revenue-driven performance marketing.
- 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Mandatory experience in product-led digital businesses (fintech preferred).
- Proven success scaling paid and affiliate channels with direct revenue ownership.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta, affiliate platforms, and programmatic buying.
- Strong experience with analytics and attribution tools such as GA, Mixpanel, Apps Flyer, Adjust, etc.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, growth trade-offs, and ROI frameworks.
Preferred
- Experience scaling performance marketing in the US market.
- Exposure to programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar tools.
