Hiring Service Now Developer / Engineer.
Year of Experience required: 4 Yrs to 10 Yrs

Minimum experience:
4 years of Telecom service Management
2. Integration experience
3. 2 Senior resource with 8 years of Telecom service experience.
4. Implementation experience
5. Network management
6. Customer engagement
Required Skills & Competencies :
• Strong knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, OSS/BSS domains, and industry standards.
• Expertise in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLAs, and KPIs for service management.
• Understanding of network security protocols and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in Telecom Service Management (Senior roles: 8+ years).
3. Certifications in ITIL, Telecom Network Management, or related technologies preferred.
