Role Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Developer who can work independently and design, build, and scale enterprise-grade integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion. You’ll own critical scenarios (event-driven and scheduled), implement robust error handling and observability, and partner with stakeholders to translate business processes into reliable, maintainable workflows. You’ll also contribute to Workfront admin configuration, data governance, and performance tuning, while establishing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Workfront Configuration & Management
- Configure and maintain projects, tasks, templates, portfolios/programs, custom forms, request queues, routing rules, and proofing workflows.
- Manage permissions (groups, teams, roles), layouts, and User management; enforce license governance.
- Define and maintain taxonomy, naming conventions, custom field standards
- Build role-based reports & dashboards
Fusion Engineering & Integrations
- Architect, develop, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios connecting Workfront with different systems
- Implement API-first integrations: REST/Graph
QL, webhooks, JSON/XML, OAuth2/API keys
- Build event-driven automation: request triage, status synchronization, approval escalations, asset delivery, metadata enrichment, and handoffs across systems.
- Establish observability: logging standards, alerts, run history analysis, error classification, and remediation playbooks.
- Optimize scenario performance & cost: concurrency, memory/operation consumption, scheduling, batching, and modularization.
Engineering Excellence & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, sequence diagrams, and scenario architecture with clear mappings.
- Apply secure-by-design practices: secret management, least privilege, PII handling, auditability.
- Mentor junior developers/analysts; contribute to coding standards, reusable modules, and patterns library.
Shift Timings – 4PM to 1 AM IST/5PM-2AM
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4–6 years hands-on with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion
- Strong proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication (OAuth2, bearer tokens), and integration patterns
- Demonstrated experience with error handling, retry strategies, and observability/logging in Fusion.
- Solid Workfront administration: templates, custom forms, request queues, routing rules, proofing, and reporting/dashboards.
- Ability to convert business workflows into scalable technical solutions with clear KPIs and adoption plans.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication; comfortable leading technical discussions and UAT.
- Adobe certifications (e.g., Workfront Core/Expert, Fusion).
Nice-to-Have
- Integration experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Hub Spot, Jira, Service Now, AEM/Assets/DAM, or data warehouses (Snowflake/Big Query).
- Familiarity with Agile/Kanban/Scrum; exposure to Dev Ops practices (version control, release pipelines for config/assets).
- SQL basics (joins, transformations) and experience building data pipelines for analytics/reporting.
- Experience in Marketing Ops/Creative Ops/PMO environments and cross-functional delivery.
