Must-Have:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance) – configuration, deployment and integration with cloud/on-prem systems.
Expertise in SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS, IPS, SCI) and their integration with S/4

HANA Cloud and BTP.
End-to-end knowledge of RISE with SAP architecture, especially security and governance in cloud transformation projects.
Experience integrating IAG with SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM) for hybrid environments.
Good understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, SoD frameworks, and Access Risk Management for SAP cloud and on-prem applications.

Good-to-Have:
Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) security and entitlement management.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM / SAP Solution Manager integration for governance and change control.
Familiarity with SAP Success Factors, Ariba, Concu and SAC access governance in the cloud.
Understanding of SAP BTP authorizations, OAuth, SAML, and identity federation concepts.
SAP certifications in GRC, IAG or Security (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP IAG or SAP Security)
