The Opportunity
We’re looking for high-ownership Enterprise Account Executives who are excited to build pipelines, win new logos, and grow into complex enterprise sales motions in the North American market.
This role is ideal for sellers who thrive on outbound selling, enjoy navigating ambiguity, and want to build a long-term enterprise sales career - not just close transactions.
You don’t need to be a “finished” US Enterprise seller.
You do need the hunger, discipline, and learning mindset to become one.

What You’ll Do

Own Pipeline Creation
Build and grow a healthy pipeline using a mix of outbound, inbound, and creative prospecting approaches.
Identify, prioritize, and engage the right enterprise accounts with a thoughtful account strategy.
Take end-to-end ownership of pipeline health and momentum.

Run Consultative Enterprise Sales Cycles
Lead discovery conversations focused on customer challenges and outcomes.
Position Whatfix as a strategic solution for digital adoption and change.
Progress opportunities from first conversation to close with structure and rigor.

Engage Enterprise Stakeholders
Work with multiple personas across IT, L&D, Ops, and Business teams.
Learn to multi-thread deals and build consensus across buying groups.
Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders in North America.

Operate with Discipline
Maintain strong CRM hygiene…
