Role Overview
As an Account Manager , you will be at the forefront of shaping organic brand growth strategies for some of the most exciting digital-first brands. This is a high-impact role that demands strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong leadership. You’ll drive visibility, engagement, and brand love across digital platforms— without paid media —using content, influencer relationships, and community-building tactics.
You’ll lead a team and work directly with clients, bringing a clear point of view on what it takes to grow brands organically in today’s digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end organic growth roadmap for multiple brands across social platforms (Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, etc.)
Guide and mentor junior team members while collaborating with internal content, design, and strategy teams
Develop compelling content calendars aligned with brand and cultural moments
Build, grow, and manage digital communities that reflect brand values and fuel long-term engagement
Stay ahead of cultural shifts, and competitor activity to inform and adjust strategies in real time
Present data-backed insights and strategic recommendations in monthly review meetings with clients
Maintain and evolve brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling across every organic touchpoint
Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in social media, Digital media brand strategy,
Proven success in building brands organically across multiple digital platforms
Deep understanding of content formats, social platform algorithms, and digital engagement strategies
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Sharp analytical skills and comfort with reporting tools and performance metrics
Tools proficiency:
Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Notion, Google Analytics (or equivalents)
Bonus if you’ve worked in fast-paced creative or agency environments
A self-starter who thrives on ownership, storytelling, and helping brands stand out
