Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in US/UK Payroll. The ideal candidate should have solid functional knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions within enterprise environments.
Mandatory
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Oracle HCM US/UK Payroll.
If not Oracle, strong experience in SAP US/UK Payroll will be considered.
At least 4 full-cycle implementations as a Functional Consultant.
Proven track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions including:
Business process analysis
Requirement gathering and definition
Functional solution design
Experience in end-to-end implementation of at least two of the following modules:
Fusion Time and Labor
Hands-on experience in writing Fast Formulas.
Strong understanding of AIM/OUM processes, implementation phases, and documentation standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with stakeholders and manage functional discussions effectively.
