Role Overview
We’re looking for a  high-ownership, revenue-driven leader  to accelerate our enterprise growth across  AI, Data Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Product offerings . In this role, you will lead strategic sales cycles, shape CXO conversations, drive GTM execution, and influence our global expansion. This role fits a proactive, outcome-oriented professional with strong enterprise selling and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Enterprise Sales
Own quarterly and annual  revenue targets  across global markets.
Lead full-cycle enterprise sales—from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities.
Engage CXO, SVP, and Director-level stakeholders with compelling value propositions.
Use  Hub Spot CRM , Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Apollo, Outreach, and other sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
Strategic GTM & Market Expansion
Execute GTM strategies for AI, Data, Digital, and Product offerings.
Identify new markets, growth vectors, and whitespace opportunities.
Develop revenue playbooks, pricing models, and scalable sales motions.

Solutioning & Deal Shaping
Partner with Delivery, Product, and Pre-Sales to architect differentiated solutions.
Develop proposals, business cases, and RFP responses that increase win rates.
Shape deal commercials, engagement models, and long-term partnership structures.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
Build and grow alliances with hyperscalers and AI/ML ecosystem partners.
Co-create joint GTM motions and partnership-led revenue channels.
Thought Leadership & CXO Influence
Lead executive briefings and strategic workshops with client leadership.
Support competitive positioning through industry POVs and solution narratives.
Represent Aptus at industry events, partner forums, and global summits.

Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years in  Enterprise Sales, GTM Strategy, Business Growth, or Strategic Consulting .
Proven track record of closing  large B2B deals  and meeting revenue goals.
Strong understanding of  AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Product-led GTM .
Ability to influence CXO stakeholders with strong storytelling and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with  Hub Spot CRM  and modern sales & marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
MBA from Tier-1 institutes preferred (IIM/ISB/SPJIMR/MDI).
Success Metrics
Revenue target achievement and predictable forecasting.
Growth in pipeline quality, conversions, and enterprise win-rate.
New client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
Increase in partner-led opportunities and GTM effectiveness.
High-quality proposals, CXO engagements, and deal outcomes.
Strong CRM discipline and data-driven sales execution.
