Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of data integration solutions using Databricks and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements and design optimal data solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to data engineering and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Databricks, C#, and SSIS, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Strong programming skills in C# and experience with data manipulation and transformation.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with database systems (SQL Server preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
