Roles & responsibilities
We are looking for experienced consulting professionals who have a broad understanding of Oracle EBS, Industry best practices and multiple business processes within the Financials space.
The role would require:
Support:
Handle Releases and Upgrades
Post Production support and month end reconciliations
Familiarity with Oracle AIM / UIM methodology and documentation standards
Functional Configurations:
Configure EBS core financial modules including General Ledger / Account Payables / Account Receivables / Fixed Assets / Cash Management / Project Costing Financials Management / Customize Workflows / Integrations with 3rd Party applications
Good understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to pay (P2P) business cycles.
Good understanding of Tax and India localizations including GST
Technical Requirements:
Experience and knowledge of working with User Hooks, Fast Formulas, Forms, PL/SQL, Reports
Integrations with 3rd Party vendors and applications
Should have
Experience with Monitoring of scheduling Jobs, troubleshooting and Automations.
Requirements & Design
Analyze business requirements, perform fit gap analysis and propose and implement solutions
Creation required documentations including MD50, BR100 etc
Roles & responsibilities
Testing & Validation:
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Data Migration validations etc
Stakeholder Management:
Ensure seamless solution delivery and communications
Ability to work independently and own tasks assigned
Collaborate with Business Users
Collaborate with Delivery Team of client and Internal stakeholders
Collaborate with Delivery and other team members
Issue Resolution:
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Resolve issues related to EBS Financials as per SLA
Document RCA and generate Knowledge Documents
Mentoring & Trainings:
Mentor and trains Client Users and Internal team members
Document Training and Knowledge share documents where applicable
Other Tools:
Incident Management applications like Service Now / JIRA
Understanding of applications like Concur, Simple Legal, Blackline, Kyriba (Good to have).
Other Requirements:
Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills ability.
Ability to participate and lead discussions with the client.
Flexible with work shifts.
Experience:
Must have at least 5 to 7 EBS project lifecycle experience in Financials modules across EBS.
Must have required relevant years of experience in Oracle EBS
Ability to train internal / client in EBS Financials suite.
Good documentation and presentation skills
Must have good Financials & Accounting knowledge
Qualification :
Graduate (B.E/B.Tech)/MCA/MBA/CA
Hands-On experience in leading managed services / support team
Excellent communication skills
Financials and Accounting knowledge and experience
