IT Systems Administrator

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We are a creative agency looking for a Systems Administrator to manage our office infrastructure. You will be responsible for network uptime, bandwidth management, and the physical maintenance of high-performance workstations (Windows & Mac).

Responsibilities:
Network & Connectivity
Manage office internet infrastructure (Dual-ISP setup).
Configure and monitor Load Balancing to ensure bandwidth is distributed efficiently between upload/download tasks and general browsing.
Troubleshoot network latency, packet loss, or downtime immediately.
Manage local LAN, Wi-Fi access points, and switch configurations.

Hardware & Maintenance
Windows Fleet:  Maintain "Heavy" workstations used for 3D rendering and video editing. Perform regular stress tests, thermal monitoring, and physical cleaning (dust/fans) to prevent throttling.
Mac Fleet:  Support Mac Mini (M1-M4) and Mac Books. Ensure OS stability and connectivity.
Troubleshooting:  Diagnose and fix hardware failures (RAM, PSU, GPU) and software conflicts.
Assembly:  Assemble custom desktop configurations for the design team if required (selecting and installing components).

Requirements
Proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
Strong knowledge of  Load Balancing , Failover configurations, and Router/Switch management.
Deep understanding of PC Hardware (GPU/CPU thermals, Power Supply requirements).
Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and macOS Support.
Ability to physically maintain equipment (cleaning, cable management, parts replacement).

Nice to Have
Experience building custom PCs from scratch.
