About the Role

As the Lead - Network, you will spearhead new network deployments (active and passive), manage network operations, and ensure security and compliance across TEPL’s IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless connectivity for our manufacturing processes and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Network Deployment (20%):
Deploy and harden network components, set up passive IT infrastructure, conduct PoCs, and build redundant enterprise fiber backbones.
- Network Operations (40%):
Oversee support operations, ensure error-free connectivity, manage escalations, and maintain team rosters and health checklists.
- Compliance Management (10%):
Ensure devices meet security standards, address audit vulnerabilities, and maintain updated inventories.
- Incident/Change/Problem Management (10%):
Lead incident resolution, enforce change controls, and meet SLAs.
- DR/BCP Planning (10%):
Participate in disaster recovery drills and ensure business continuity.
- Documentation (10%):
Maintain accessible, version-controlled network documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education:

BE degree.

- Certifications:

Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.

- Experience:

8-12 years in networking (Firewalls, Switches, Routers, LAN, Proxy, Load Balancers).

- Skills:

Experience with large-scale IT infrastructure, ideally in manufacturing, is highly valued.

Key Interactions

- Internal:
Collaborate with plant units and digital teams to fulfill IT needs and troubleshoot issues.
- External:
Engage with OEMs/vendors for support and service reviews.
