Job Description
- Consultant works with business partners within a global SAP program to align SAP solutions and Retail, Consumer goods and Logistics solutions with business needs
- The scope is the Finance functions in the business processes associated with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Management Accounting areas
- Will have the opportunity to work within the most updated SAP build upon your SAP Finance/Controlling knowledge and gain significant experience in the technological ecosystem of a mature SAP environment
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the Finance functions of these business areas to identify, analyze and resolve problems on an ongoing basis & serves as a project team lead. Directly interfaces with business leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors) to clarify business needs, priorities, and strategies possibly with consultant’s support.
- Business Requirement, Gap Identification, Design, Testing with Hands-On knowledge with E2E S/4
HANA Implementations (Greenfield and Brownfield) / Rollout projects
- Consulting Delivery - Responsible for delivering world-class best practices and processes to our Retail, Consumer goods and Logistics clients. Interface with middle and senior-level client personnel to develop business implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an engagement. Designing outstanding business solutions to support Best Practice implementations.
- Thought Leadership - Provide insight into new and emerging best practices in the Retail, Consumer goods and Logistics domain. And innovate to customize recommendations to a client’s specific business needs
- Practice Contribution - Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as collateral development, case study compilation, and methodology development.
Desired Profile
EXPERIENCE:
- 7-20 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Finance/Controlling solutions in SAP S/4
HANA and ECC Environments
- Experience with design, development and deployment of Finance business solutions associated with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Management Accounting domains
- At least 1 or 2 full cycle experience of ERP Transformation programs
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies to solving business problems
- Must be able to meet deadlines of a dynamic, growing business
- Should be strong team player who can build relationships across functions to mediate and resolve problems
- Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including integration effort within different functional tracks
- Must have great executive presence and strong communication skills
- Preferred experience in interaction with senior management, even if occasional
- Must have strong analytical skills
