Job Summary

- Seeking a Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP Commissions to design implement and optimize commission management solutions
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Commissions Specialist to design, implement, and optimize commission management solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure accurate commission calculation, seamless system integration, and efficient incentive management processes.

Job Description

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand commission processes and requirements Design and configure SAP Commissions solutions tailored to organizational needs Analyze existing commission structures and recommend improvements Ensure seamless integration of SAP Commissions with other SAP modules and external systems Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to commission calculations and payouts Stay updated with the latest SAP Commissions features and industry best practices Prepare technical and functional documentation related to SAP Commissions implementations Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Commissions functionalities

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Commissions projects ensuring timely delivery Develop and maintain commission calculation rules workflows and incentive plans Conduct system testing including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Sales Finance and IT to align commission processes Identify and resolve complex issues related to commission calculations and system performance Support upgrades patches and enhancements of SAP Commissions modules Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in commission management
