Client Account Specialist (Technical Operations)

Would you like to join an international company in rapid growth, where technology, compliance, and commercial growth come together? At Appvestor, we work with app publishers worldwide and help them scale their apps.

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Client Account Specialist to join our team in India. This is a critical “bridge” role that sits at the intersection of Technical Delivery, Policy Compliance, and Commercial Growth.

You will take ownership of the app publisher journey immediately after the initial sales onboarding. Your mission is to ensure the integrate our SDK’s flawlessly in coordination with our Integration team, the app is investment-ready, and the long-term technical health of the account remains stable.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading technical onboarding and release management to ensure apps are ready for investment.
- Acting as the lead responsible for SDK releases, troubleshooting integration issues, and supporting production rollouts.
- Managing day-to-day communication across multiple active publisher accounts as the first point of contact for technical stability issues and urgent requests.
- Partnering with the Investability team to ensure technical performance aligns with commercial potential.
- Staying ahead of Android behavioral changes, SDK updates, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CMP) to ensure compliance readiness.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with Tech, QA, Sales, Monetization, UA, and Finance to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Monitoring account health, supporting complex invoicing cases, and collaborating with Finance and Google support on payment operations.
- Maintaining process documentation in Confluence and driving improvements and automation where relevant.

- Possess a solid basic understanding of technical environments (Android and SDK integrations) combined with strong communication skills.
- Are able to translate technical challenges into clear and actionable next steps for both publishers and internal teams.
- Thrive in escalation management and problem-solving, especially related to compliance, monetization, and payout issues.
- Are detail-oriented and experienced with workflow standardization, KPI tracking, and documentation.
- Have familiarity with the mobile advertising ecosystem (e.g., AdMob, FAN), privacy regulations, and app monetization (preferred).
- Have experience supporting financial processes such as invoicing, overdue payments, and coordination with finance teams (preferred).

You will be based in our office in Bengaluru, India and become part of an ambitious, international team. Please note that you will have to work from our office onsite minimum 3 days per week.
