MS Dynamics
Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM modules. Perform business analysis, requirement gathering, and FIT/GAP analysis to design optimal solutions. Design and configure complex workflows for procurement cycles, inventory journals, and other critical processes. Support data migration, integration (B2B/B2C), and system testing (UAT, regression, end-to-end).

Techno-Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with over 8 years of IT expertise in ERP domains, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and legacy ERP systems such as BAAN ERP, INFOR LN, and SAP. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional, technical, and business knowledge, with proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and post-go-live support.
Required
Skills & Experience:
8+ years of IT experience in ERP domain;
5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009/2012 R3) and D365 F&O.
Strong expertise in SCM modules and manufacturing processes .
Hands-on experience in workflow design, configuration, and customizations .
Proficient in technical design, and deployment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
MB-300:
Core Finance and Operations
MB-330:
Supply Chain Management
Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications (Financials, Trade & Logistics, Production, Development).
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP, BAAN ERP, INFOR LN .
Knowledge of integration frameworks and Microsoft LCS .
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
