Ads & SEO Executive

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused  Performance Marketing Executive  who can manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and drive organic growth through SEO strategies.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to build high-performing marketing funnels that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads)  Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Structure campaigns strategically (TOF/MOF/BOF funnel approach).
Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns profitably.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and optimize conversion rates.
SEO & Organic Growth  Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website content for search visibility.
Work with content team to build SEO-friendly blogs & landing pages.
Monitor rankings, traffic growth, and technical SEO improvements.
Improve on-page & basic off-page SEO performance.
Reporting & Strategy  Generate performance reports and actionable insights.
Present results and growth plans to clients.
Identify new growth opportunities across paid & organic channels.
Stay updated with ad policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.

Requirements  1+ year hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads.
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page & keyword research).
Strong understanding of funnels, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Experience managing D2C or eCommerce brands preferred.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Agency experience is a plus.
