We’re building next-generation  AI-powered recruitment and marketplace products  that are transforming how businesses hire king for a  hands-on Lead Product Manager  who can own strategy, drive monetization, and ship high-impact AI products in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Own
Define and drive the  product roadmap & strategy  for AI hiring products
Work closely with customers to identify real problems and build scalable solutions
Translate business needs into clear PRDs & execution plans
Drive  monetization & pricing strategy  for sustainable growth
Lead outcome-driven development: sprint planning, backlog prioritization & releases
Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to drive adoption
Use product metrics & data to continuously improve user experience
What We’re Looking For
7–8+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
Strong experience in  product monetization & pricing models
Proven track record of launching products from concept → scale
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
Experience mentoring APMs or analysts
Understanding of AI technologies / conversational systems in business workflows
HR Tech / Recruitment industry exposure is a strong plus
