Position: SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist
Location: Bengaluru

Random Trees is a Data & AI company having multiple products and services within data & AI space. We are strategic partner with IBM serving multiple business functions right from Pharma, Banking, Semi Conductor, Oil & Gas and many others. We are extensively doing research in GENAI & Conversational AI. We are based out of US and in India we have our offices at Hyderabad & Chennai.

We are looking for a highly skilled  SAP Success Factors Employee Central Specialist  with extensive experience of  8+ years  in design and configures   foundational structures within Success Factors Employee Central and SAP ECC to support evolving compensation and job architecture needs.

1. Systems Configuration & Architecture
Designs and configures foundational structures within Success Factors Employee Central and SAP ECC to support evolving compensation and job architecture needs.
Builds and maintains core objects such as Job Codes, Pay Grades, Pay Components, and related master data elements.
2. Solution Development & Enhancement
Implements and optimizes Job Profile Builder, including the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, competencies, skills, and profile attributes.
Enhances system functionality by updating business rules, workflows, and configuration across interconnected modules.
3. Cross‑Module Integration Management
Ensures seamless integration across Recruiting, Compensation, LMS, Talent Management, Reporting, Payroll, and external vendor systems.
Evaluates downstream impacts of structural changes and updates integration logic accordingly.
4. Data Governance & Master Data Management
Oversees updates to global employee master data, including mass data loads and validation of Job and Pay Component assignments.
Maintains data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR systems.
5. Testing, Quality Assurance & Deployment
Leads end‑to‑end testing of configuration changes, integrations, and data updates to ensure system stability and accuracy.
Partners with stakeholders to validate outcomes and support deployment into production environments.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
Works closely with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Provides subject‑matter expertise on system capabilities, impacts, and best practices.
