Hiring Oracle Database Administrators | 6–9 Years | India

If you’ve built, stabilized, tuned, and rescued Oracle databases in real production environments — this one’s for you.

We’re looking for experienced Oracle DBAs with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle 12c / 19c, especially in RAC, ASM, and Data Guard environments. This role involves working on mission-critical database infrastructure across on-prem and cloud setups, where performance, high availability, and automation are key.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• Solid experience managing RAC & ASM environments

• Hands-on experience configuring and testing Data Guard failover scenarios

• Strong SQL / PL-SQL and Shell scripting skills

• Experience analyzing AWR / ADDM reports for performance tuning

• Exposure to OCI / AWS / Azure

• Experience handling upgrades, patching, migrations, and DR planning

This is a high-impact IC role where you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure database stability, performance, and long-term scalability.
