We are looking for a motivated and skilled ERPNext Consultant/Developer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting ERPNext solutions. The candidate will work closely with business users to understand requirements, configure the system, and deliver reliable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure ERPNext modules such as:
Accounting
Sales & Purchase
Inventory
CRM
HR & Payroll
Manufacturing (if applicable)
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ERPNext configurations.
Create and manage:
Custom fields
Custom forms
Print formats
Reports
Workflows
Perform basic to intermediate custom development using:
Frappe Framework
Python
Java Script
SQL
Handle data migration from Excel / Tally / legacy systems.
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems using REST APIs (basic level).
Maintain system security, roles, and permissions.
Technical
2+ years of hands-on experience with ERPNext
Good understanding of Frappe Framework
Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (working knowledge)
MySQL / MariaDB
Linux basics (deployment & troubleshooting)
REST API fundamentals
Git version control
Good to Have
Experience with :
Cloud deployment (AWS / Digital Ocean)
Docker
Multi-company setup
E-invoicing & GST compliance
POS module
