Director/Senior Manager – ITAD Procurement & Partnerships
Leading player in India's circular IT — large-scale refurbishing of laptops, desktops + responsible e-waste management for corporates. End-to-end: secure data wipe, repair, resale, certified recycling. Full compliance (ISO, R2, CPCB), strong focus on data security, transparency, sustainability & reducing carbon footprints via ESG.
Experienced ITAD leader to drive corporate IT asset sourcing. Engage corporates, OEMs, integrators to procure used assets for refurb/recycling. Build & lead sourcing team to achieve ₹30–50 crore annual targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Procurement
Identify, engage & close deals with corporates/OEMs
Build recurring pipelines & manage high-volume contracts
Negotiate pricing, terms, logistics for profitability
Nurture relationships for repeat business
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure ITAD/data-sanitization compliance (CPCB, R2, ISO etc.)
Handle NOC, auth letters, data-wipe certs
Maintain auditable ERP records
Strategy & Team Leadership
Build/mentor sourcing team for pan-India expansion
Develop vertical strategies (BFSI, IT, Govt, Education)
Track forecasts/margins via dashboards
Market Intelligence
Monitor pricing & compliance trends
Benchmark global asset recovery practices
Spot large refresh/liquidation opportunities
Key Skills & Experience
7–14 yrs in ITAD / asset recovery / reverse logistics
From ITAD, e-waste or OEM refurb (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Sims etc.)
Proven procuring used laptops/desktops/servers
Strong compliance & sustainability knowledge
Excellent negotiation & relationship skills
CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce, ERPNext, Zoho)
Bachelor's (Business/Supply Chain/Electronics); MBA preferred
