What You’ll Do
Consult, Don’t Just Order-Take: Partner with visionary founders to define their hiring needs (even when they aren't sure themselves).
Full-Spectrum Hunting: Own the end-to-end lifecycle for diverse roles across the startup ecosystem.
Candidate Experience Mastery: Treat every candidate like a VIP, ensuring the Career Xperts brand is synonymous with professionalism and speed.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on salary benchmarks, talent migrations, and industry trends.
