Technical Lead - GenAI

Location: Bengaluru

Job Purpose
Lead and drive the deployment of cutting-edge GenAI solutions on AWS, leveraging expertise and experience to deliver transformative results.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Agent Core SDK, and Strands SDK, ensuring scalable and production‑grade implementations.
Build reusable AI components, APIs, and Python-based services, optimizing model performance, latency, and cost across workloads.
Design and deliver AWS-native cloud applications leveraging Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, Dynamo

DB, and other core AWS services.
Implement secure and compliant architectures through IAM best practices, encryption, secrets management, and Responsible AI guidelines.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline, Code Build, Code Deploy, Git Hub/Git Lab CI, and IaC tools like Cloud Formation/CDK/Terraform.
Integrate end‑to‑end observability and monitoring using Cloud Watch, X‑Ray, and custom model performance metrics for reliable operations.
Collaborate with platform, data, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient GenAI solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Utilize RAG, vector databases, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps practices to enhance AI solution robustness.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with AWS technologies, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Prior executive-level experience is required.
Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts.
Expertise in AWS services such as Sagemaker, Polly, Rekognition, etc.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience managing teams and projects effectively.
Knowledge of data privacy and security principles.
