Role Overview /Job Responsibilities

GenAI (Now Assist) Solution Strategy

• Design and implement Service Now Now Assist capabilities including:
o Agent Assist & Case Assist
o Incident & Case Summarization
o Knowledge Article Generation
o Conversational AI & Virtual Agent Enhancements
o Workflow & Task Intelligence via GenAI

• Define GenAI governance, responsible AI practices, and adoption guardrails

• Align GenAI capabilities with enterprise data, security, and compliance policies
