Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS fintech platform enabling real-time, risk-aware onboarding and transaction decisions for digital businesses.

About the Role:

As the Lead Account Management, you will own and scale the entire account management charter
for the business. You’ll act as the strategic bridge between Client's and our enterprise customers,
ensuring they realize continuous value from our solutions while unlocking expansion opportunities
across our product suite.
This is a leadership role that combines customer strategy, revenue ownership, and team building.
You’ll lead from the front driving renewals, expansions, and executive relationships while also
mentoring a high-performing team and building the processes, playbooks, and standards that define how Client's manages and grows accounts.

What you will do:

Strategy & Ownership:
Own the Account Management function end-to-end, including retention, expansion, and customer success outcomes.
Define and execute the account growth strategy for enterprise and strategic customers.
Drive revenue expansion through team’s renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across Client’s product suite.
Build scalable processes, playbooks, and metrics to strengthen account performance and predictability

Customer Leadership:
Guide the team to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
Build deep, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive (CXO) sponsors.
Lead QBRs, business reviews, and strategic roadmap discussions with the team.
Help team to identify customer goals, uncover gaps, and proactively recommend impactful solutions.
Ensure high satisfaction, strong adoption, and consistent value realization Execution & Insights.
Track team member’s account health, revenue trends, and risk signals to drive proactive actions.
Resolve complex escalations quickly and thoughtfully.
Create and present structured performance reports templates for the team and insights to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Partner closely with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success for seamless onboarding and transitions.
Champion go live by measuring metrics that impact Time to value.

Team & Capability Building:
Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Management team.
Set clear targets, standards, and best practices.
Coach team members on enterprise selling, stakeholder management, and strategic account planning.
Hire and scale the team as the business grows.

The Requirement:
8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales and/or Account Management, managing large, complex accounts.
Proven track record of driving renewals, expansion revenue, and long-term customer growth.
Experience in fintech, regtech, identity verification, fraud prevention, risk, or compliance domains.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships at the CxO level.
Experience leading and building high-performing customer-facing teams.
Strong commercial acumen with ownership mindset for revenue targets.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Sharp problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Comfort working with data, account metrics, and performance dashboards.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
