Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and designing or implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing Accenture's reputation in the marketplace. By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, fostering trusted advisor relationships with clients and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and expertise.

Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes and methodologies.
- Experience with goal-setting frameworks and performance evaluation techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
