Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Service Now Team Leads / Technical Architects with strong hands-on development expertise and deep platform knowledge. The ideal candidate should have proven experience across ITOM and SPM / SOM (Top Priority) along with CSM, integrations, portals, and scripting.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, stakeholder management, solution design, and driving successful project delivery while adhering to Service Now OOB best practices.

MID Server (Setup, Clustering, Script Includes)
Responsibilities – ITOM
Lead end-to-end ITOM implementations (minimum 3 projects required)
Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
Troubleshoot data sources and Service Graph Connectors (SGC)
Build robust Transform Maps and Integration Hub solutions
Set up MID Servers with clustering and script includes
Drive Event Management configurations
Conduct requirement gathering, backlog creation, and stakeholder workshops
Own delivery from design to closure while maintaining strong customer relationships
Responsibilities – SPM
Hands-on implementation and support of SPM modules
Configure Project Workspace and SPM Work spaces
Integrate with Salesforce and Jira
Strong understanding of Project Management processes
Lead implementations using OOB features
Guide development teams with troubleshooting and solution design
Communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders
Responsibilities – SOM
Implement Sales Order Management end to end
Integrate SOM with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.)
Build custom portals and UI Builder components
Configure Work spaces
Lead requirement workshops and story creation
Support team with solutioning and technical troubleshooting
Exposure to Telecom & Media domain preferred
Responsibilities – CSM
Minimum 5 end-to-end CSM implementations including portals and work spaces
Configure Custom Case Types, Product Catalogs, and Case Management
Build third-party integrations using Integration Hub
Develop custom spokes, flows, and actions
Manufacturing domain knowledge is a plus
