Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager – IT Staffing to manage key client accounts, drive requirement generation, and grow business through strong client relationships. The role involves working as a SPOC, owning account growth, delivery execution, sales targets, and P&L responsibility.
✅ Key Requirements
10–18 years of experience in IT/Contract Staffing
Strong client management & requirement sales experience
Proven ability to drive account growth, closures, and collections
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
