We’ve recently launched  Salesman AI  — an AI-powered product designed to help sales teams drive smarter conversations and predictable revenue growth.
We’re hiring a  Founding Growth Marketer  to take Salesman AI from early traction to a repeatable, scalable growth engine.

Responsibilities:

Demand Generation
Build and scale inbound + outbound channels from scratch
Drive qualified demo bookings through Linked In, cold email, paid ads, partnerships, webinars, and content

Positioning & Messaging
Define ICP and craft sharp, high-converting messaging
Own landing pages, email sequences, pitch decks, and onboarding narratives
Continuously test messaging across segments and double down on what resonates

Growth Experiments
Run weekly experiments across acquisition, activation, and conversion
Track performance, optimize fast, and eliminate what doesn’t work
Build a repeatable growth playbook for scale

Revenue Alignment
Work directly with founders and sales to close the feedback loop
Improve campaigns using real buyer insights, objections, and win data
Align marketing efforts tightly with pipeline and revenue goals

Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing
Experience taking a product from 0 → 1 or early traction to scale
Strong understanding of ICP definition, sales funnels, and buyer psychology
Hands-on with experimentation across acquisition, activation, and conversion
Ability to write high-converting copy (landing pages, emails, Linked In content)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments
Bonus:
Experience in AI or product-led growth companies
