Position Overview
EIZO India is seeking a dynamic and performance-driven  Regional Manager – Security & Surveillance (South Region)  to drive business growth within the  Dura Vision Vertical , focusing on  Security & Surveillance and Air Traffic Control (ATC)  sectors.
This role is responsible for regional business expansion, strategic account development, and revenue growth in mission-critical display solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to build high-value relationships with enterprise clients, government bodies, system integrators, and infrastructure stakeholders.
This is a strategic growth role requiring ownership of the South India market.

Key Responsibilities  1. Business Development & Market Expansion   Lead business development initiatives for the Dura Vision vertical across South India.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in Security & Surveillance and ATC sectors.
Develop relationships with system integrators, consultants, airport authorities, command centers, and government agencies.
Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
2. Sales Strategy & Regional Roadmap   Develop and execute a structured regional sales strategy aligned with national business objectives.
Create actionable business plans to penetrate high-potential markets and increase market share.
Define territory coverage plans and growth targets.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market initiatives.
3. Client Relationship & Key Account Management   Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Conduct regular client meetings and field visits across the South region.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding operational challenges and offering mission-critical display solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis   Conduct detailed market research to identify industry trends and emerging technologies.
Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Share strategic insights to strengthen EIZO’s positioning in the region.
5. Product Expertise & Solution Selling   Develop deep technical understanding of Dura Vision products, including:
Security & surveillance monitors
Control room display systems
Air traffic control displays
Deliver impactful presentations, product demos, and solution consultations.
Work closely with technical teams to propose customized solutions for mission-critical applications.
Effectively position high-end monitors based on application segmentation (e.g., maritime, command centers, surveillance hubs).
6. Product Pitching & Application Categorization   Tailor product positioning according to vertical-specific requirements.
Categorize and recommend appropriate display solutions for:
Control rooms
Maritime environments
Surveillance centers
Airport ATC towers
Clearly communicate value propositions focusing on durability, reliability, and precision.
Key Requirements  Education   Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Technical background preferred.
Experience   Minimum 4+ years of experience in:
Enterprise sales
Technology solutions
Display systems / control room solutions / security technology
Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets.

Core Competencies   Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value deals.
Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
