What You'll Work On
Own end-to-end onboarding for new users, including:
Broker account setup
Account linking
Trade automation activation
Clearly explain how marketfeed's automated trading works, in simple and easy-to-understand language, especially in Malayalam
Help users evaluate whether automated trading aligns with their financial goals and risk appetite
Proactively follow up with users so they always know:
Handle escalations and complex onboarding cases independently with maturity and confidence
Resolve common onboarding issues and collaborate closely with product, tech, and operations teams
Identify recurring user queries, objections, and friction points, and share insights to:
Improve onboarding processes
Enhance user education and workflows
Mentor and support junior onboarding specialists, helping them improve communication, structure, and ownership
What we're looking for
4–6 years of experience in:
Client onboarding
Customer success
Account management
Customer-facing operations (preferably fintech, trading, or SaaS)
Strong comfort with stock market concepts (Equity / FnO) You don't need to be an active trader, but you should understand:
Broker accounts and basic trade execution
What automated trading is and how it works
Risks involved in options trading
Fluency in Malayalam
Excellent follow-up discipline with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to communicate patiently and clearly so users feel supported, not rushed
You'll be a great fit if you:
Stay calm, structured, and professional while handling multiple users simultaneously
Enjoy breaking down complex financial concepts into simple explanations
Take responsibility for outcomes without needing constant reminders
Lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability
